DIRECTIONS:  Meet Nick and Chris at the West gate entrance to Pollywog Ponds at 7:00AM. The group will start with a search for migrants and rarities at Pollywog Ponds. Recent rare finds include a Carolina Chickadee and Black-Wiskered Vireo.

Mid-morning the group will go to Hazel Bazemore for more passerine migrants and to see what migrating raptors can be found over the hawkwatch.

This is a half day trip. You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to eat on the platform with the hawkwatchers.
