Chris Eberly of the Gulf Coast Bird Observatory, will present "Full Life Cycle Conservation: Conserving Birds and their Habitats Throughout the Annual Cycle." This is an excellent program.
Chris is the Associate Director of the GCBO. He has spent the past 17 years managing the Department of Defense Partners in Flight program, facilitating partnerships and bird conservation on military lands. Chris is no stranger to GCBO however, having served on GCBO's board of directors from 1999-2003 and the advisory board since then. He has also edited GCBO's newsletter, Gulf Crossings, for the past decade. In his capacity as Associate Director, Chris's focus is on communications and international partnerships, including the Site Partner Network and Tropical Forest Forever Fund as well as working with our science team managing our full suite of conservation activities. Chris earned his M.S. in Natural Resources/Ornithology at the University of Georgia.
